All PandaKraft products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand (POD) partner in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This ensures high-quality prints and careful packaging for every order.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by region:
• USA: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Asia: 12–25 business days
Please note these are estimates and may fluctuate due to customs or local postal services.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed and printed within 3–5 business days after purchase. After processing, your item will be shipped according to the delivery times for your region.
4. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships, so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
5. What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and may fluctuate due to customs or local postal services. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs processing. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us with your tracking number.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all PandaKraft products are made to order and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or ordering the wrong color or design.
7. When can I get a refund or replacement?
We will gladly offer a free replacement or refund if:

• There is a printing defect
• You received the wrong item

• Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost for you
9. What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend checking measurements against the size chart to ensure the best fit.
10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos showing the damage. We'll review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
11. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Since all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or wrong color/design choice. Returns are only accepted for damaged items, printing defects, or wrong items received.
12. How long do I have to report an issue?
