All PandaKraft products are made to order and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong color or design

Eligible Returns or Replacements

We will gladly offer a free replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a printing defect
• You received the wrong item

How to Report an Issue

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the issue
• Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost for you
